Since 1932, the Ringsby name has earned a reputation for integrity and a tireless work ethic. We are privileged to build on this legacy.

Our founder and president, Alex Ringsby, was born into industrial. His grandfather founded Ringsby Truck Lines in Denver in 1932 with the purchase of a single truck, and his parents ultimately joined the family business. By 1972, Ringsby was the largest family-owned carrier in the US and one of the top 20 carriers in the nation. When Ringsby Truck Lines was sold in 1986, the company carried on as Ringsby Terminals, a trucking-oriented industrial real estate company.

Alex himself had his first jobs in the trucking business, working in Commerce City throughout high school and college. When he decided to pursue real estate, there was no question he’d focus on industrial, the world he knew and loved. Alex began his real estate career in 1991 as a CBRE analyst, and in 1993 joined Cushman & Wakefield as an industrial and land specialist. After nearly a decade as the firm’s top industrial producer, Alex founded Ringsby Realty Corporation in 2002. He dusted off Ringsby Truck Lines’ wheel-and-rocket logo, which felt like a perfect fit for the new family business. Over the past two decades, Alex has built a team that is proud to honor the Ringsby legacy — providing top-notch client service underpinned with humility, integrity, a tireless work ethic, a family mentality, and a steadfast commitment to giving back.
