President

Alexander Ringsby, SIOR

Trustworthy, knowledgeable, experienced, and determined to deliver value to his clients, Alex focuses on the sales and leasing of industrial buildings and land for Ringsby, as well as on building the company culture and team that will help him continue to provide Ringsby’s clients with a higher level of service. Throughout the 30+ years of his commercial real estate career, Alex has consistently been one of Denver’s top-producing industrial brokers, regularly ranking on the Denver Metro Commercial Association of Realtors’ (DMCAR) “Heavy Hitters” list. Alex was also honored (alongside Scott Patterson) as DMCAR’s “Top Small Shop Brokers” for 2020, was DMCAR’s Commercial Broker of the Year in 2015, and received the Denver Business Journal’s “Forty under 40” award. He was accepted into the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) as an industrial specialist in 2002 and served as treasurer and president of the organization’s Colorado chapter. He has also served on DMCAR’s board.

Alex began his commercial real estate career in 1991 as an analyst with CBRE. He joined Cushman & Wakefield in 1993 as an industrial and land specialist, where he was honored as “Rookie of the Year” and regularly ranked as the firm’s top industrial producer. Alex founded Ringsby Realty Corporation in 2002. He particularly enjoys the value-add aspects of his work, becoming a trusted advocate by bringing clients the ideas, information, strategies, and partnerships that help them make tangible progress toward their real estate goals.

Alex is Vice Chairman Emeritus of The Colorado Open Foundation and a Trustee Emeritus of the First Tee of Green Valley Ranch. He is the proud father to three grown children and husband to “love of his life” and “crazy-good cook” Joanna. Though Alex absolutely enjoys spending time with his kids’ families, he also enjoys being an empty nester. In his free time, you may find him fishing, golfing, playing hockey, getting away to the Bighorn River, or working on a value-add home construction project (he always has one going!).
