Vice President, Brokerage

Scott Patterson

Ethical, hardworking, and in continual pursuit of his clients’ best interests, Scott focuses on the sales and leasing of industrial properties for Ringsby. In the nearly three decades of his commercial real estate career, he has consistently been one of Denver’s top-performing industrial brokers, with more than $350M in production. Scott has earned a spot in the Denver Metro Commercial Association of Brokers’ (DMCAB) top ten industrial brokers “Heavy Hitters” list eight times, and was honored (alongside Alex Ringsby) as DMCAR’s “Top Small Shop Brokers” for 2019, 2020, and 2022. After beginning his career at Grubb & Ellis in 1994, Scott was honored as “Rookie of the Year” before going on to earn a long list of additional honors. He has been privileged to represent some of the nation’s leading companies, including ProLogis, WalMart, Orepac, Safeway, Michelin Tires, Shamrock Foods, FedEx Corporation, and others. Scott joined Ringsby in 2004 based on Alex’s strong character and great name in the community as well as his team’s work ethic, reputation, and working environment. Scott consistently rises to the top of the ranks through his market knowledge, high level of customer service, and ongoing commitment to seeking new and better ways to provide value for his clients. He particularly enjoys seeing how things are created, manufactured, and distributed locally, nationally, and internationally in industrial real estate.

Scott, a native of Northern Virginia, has three kids. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, tennis, and watching college sports. His favorite place to get away is the sunny, small beach community of Navarre, Florida.
