Experienced, honest, and infallibly friendly, Tim specializes in industrial land and building sales at Ringsby, focusing primarily on the Northeast Metro market. He brings more than 40 years of experience in commercial real estate, including more than 500 transactions comprising 2,000+ acres of land and 2M SF of buildings. Throughout his career, Tim has consistently placed in the top 10 percent of industrial brokers in Denver. After spending the first three decades of his career with Fuller and Company and Cushman & Wakefield, Tim joined Ringsby in 2019 to be part of a small boutique firm where he could specialize in industrial land and buildings. He appreciates that Ringsby’s experienced, competent brokers cover all facets of the industrial market, from sales and leasing to development, and enjoys being associated with a company that has such an excellent reputation for integrity and knowledge and a long history in the Denver market.

Tim has three kids and five grandkids. He has played sports throughout his life and used to be a runner, competing in short triathlons. One year, he even won the state’s racquetball championship! In his free time, Tim enjoys golf, skiing, traveling, and water sports. He spends most summers out on the water in northern Michigan.
