His more than 16 years of commercial real estate experience includes everything from single-tenant corporate sale leasebacks to heavy industrial, brownfield redevelopment land sites. After a series of industry mergers and consolidations gave him five different business cards over four years’ time — Fuller Real Estate, CT Fuller, Cassidy Turley, DTZ, and finally Cushman & Wakefield — Brian decided to align himself with Ringsby. As a smaller boutique firm, Ringsby gives him the opportunity to have more hands-on relationships with local and regional investors, building owners and users, and landowners. Brian also appreciates that Ringsby brings a more entrepreneurial spirit in looking at deals and solutions. He likes the straightforward nature of the industrial world, which is a good fit for his personality. He understands that each transaction and company is unique, and appreciates the sector’s wide-ranging business models, from product production to distribution to service dispatch. Brian truly loves helping people achieve their goals and find solutions for what keeps them up at night.
Brian is married with two kids and a labrador mix. Over the years, he has enjoyed coaching his kids’ youth sports teams. In his spare time, you’ll find him appreciating the great outdoors — particularly mountain biking, camping, and rafting.
