Ringsby Realty Corporation is pleased to announce the completed sale of a 25,236 square foot industrial property on 4.43 acres at 3751 & 3761 Monarch St., Frederick, Colorado, for $5,750,000. The property is zoned Industrial District within the Town of Frederick.

ACES Motorcycles, a family-owned and operated Frederick, Colorado powersports dealership specializing in new and used motorcycles, ATVs, snowmobiles, and accessories, purchased the property through its entity Delkevic US, LLC from Wide Open Real Estate LLC. The facility, built in 2001, features 14 to 22-foot ceiling heights, a spacious showroom, dedicated service bays, and modern office space — purpose-built infrastructure well suited for a powersports dealership. Situated just off I-25, the property offers easy access, ample parking, and strong daily traffic visibility.

Alex Ringsby and Scott Patterson of Ringsby Realty Corporation, along with Jared Goodman and Anne Spry of Cushman & Wakefield, represented the seller in the transaction. Colt Dimick of Re/MAX Alliance represented the buyer.

“This was a natural fit — a motorcycle sales, parts and accessories company taking over a property purpose-built for the powersports industry,” said Alex Ringsby of Ringsby Realty Corporation. “The showroom, service bays, and I-25 visibility check every box for ACES’ expanding operations in Colorado.”
