DENVER, CO — July 1, 2026 — Ringsby Realty Corporation, a Denver-based industrial real estate brokerage specializing in the Denver Metro and Northern Colorado markets, has completed a 157,745 square foot industrial lease renewal at 5120 & 5140 Race Court, Denver, Colorado, on behalf of landlord AREIT Western Food Center LLC.
K2D LLC, operating as Colorado Premium Foods, renewed its lease across two buildings at the Western Food Center campus. Colorado Premium Foods occupies the entirety of 5120 Race Court, a 124,543 square foot facility, and 33,202 square feet at 5140 Race Court, a 74,624 square foot building. Colorado Premium Foods is the premier protein processor in the United States, specializing in retail, food service, industrial, and export products including beef, chicken, and pork. The family-owned and operated company, headquartered in Greeley, Colorado, has been in business since 1998 and employs between 800 and 1,000 people, serving major U.S. retailers, restaurant chains, and food service companies across the United States and internationally.
The Western Food Center campus features more than 20 dock doors and one of Denver’s largest freezer and cooler infrastructures — a combination of cold storage capacity and distribution capability that is increasingly difficult to source in the Denver Metro industrial market.
