Ringsby Realty Corporation is pleased to announce the completed lease of a 2,204 square foot industrial unit at 2669 S. Tejon St., Englewood, Colorado.

Break It Down Composting, an Austin, Texas-based provider of commercial composting and recycling pickup services currently serving Austin, Waco, and San Antonio, has signed its first Colorado lease as the company expands into the Denver market. The move positions Break It Down Composting ahead of Denver’s composting initiatives set to take effect in Fall 2026, creating significant new demand for local commercial composting service providers.

The property is situated in an established industrial corridor in a prime south/central Denver location and features a dock door — well suited for the operational needs of a commercial composting and recycling services provider. Ryan Almaleh of Avison Young represented the tenant in the transaction. The landlord, Gray & Bettina Ringsby, was represented by Scott Patterson and Alex Ringsby of Ringsby Realty Corporation.

“We’re happy to welcome Break It Down Composting to the community and the building,” said Scott Patterson of Ringsby Realty Corporation.
