Ringsby Realty Corporation is pleased to announce the completed lease of a 10,993 square foot industrial facility at 6451 E. 49th Drive, Commerce City, Colorado, in the Denver Metro market.

Core-X Steel, a manufacturer of custom-engineered steel equipment frames, skids, platforms and rigging components, will occupy the crane-served facility featuring heavy power and yard space — a combination that remains in high demand across Denver Metro industrial real estate.
Michael Dente of Blackfoot Properties represented the tenant in the transaction. The landlord, Streamline Commercial Properties, was represented by Jake Cook and Tom Myers of Ringsby Realty Corporation.

“Demand for heavy industrial and manufacturing facilities with outdoor storage continues to be strong across the Denver Metro,” said Jake Cook and Tom Myers of Ringsby Realty Corporation. “This facility will allow Core-X Steel to expand its production capabilities well into the future.”
