Industrial / Land Broker

Description:
Ringsby Realty is seeking an Industrial / Land Broker with at least 1 year of experience to join our Denver office.
We are a boutique commercial real estate firm with a long-standing presence in the Denver market, focused on industrial and land brokerage. Our team operates in a collaborative, in-person environment with an emphasis on market knowledge, relationships, and execution.
Responsibilities:
- Source and develop new business opportunities
- Represent buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
- Conduct market research and property analysis
- Assist in underwriting, pricing, and marketing strategies
- Support deal execution from initial contact through closing
- Build and maintain client and broker relationships
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of commercial real estate experience
- Interest in industrial and/or land brokerage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a willingness to prospect
- Familiarity with the Denver market is a plus
