Alexander Ringsby, SIOR


Alex’s career in real estate began in 1991 at CBRE in Tucson, AZ as an analyst. After college, Alex moved back to Denver and joined Cushman & Wakefield in 1993, as an industrial and land specialist. In his first year, he was named by both the Denver Business Journal and Cushman & Wakefield’s Rookie of the Year. Alex went on to consistently be the Top Industrial Producer at C&W for the next 9 years before founding Ringsby Realty Corp. in 2002. Alex also earned honors such as the distinguished C&W Brokerage Excellence Award and the “Forty under 40” Award from the DBJ. He is consistently placed on the city’s “Heavy Hitters” list of top producing industrial brokers and served as Treasurer and President of the Colorado Chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).  Alex has also served on the Board of Directors of the Denver Metro Commercial Association of Realtors and was named 2015 DMCAR Commercial Broker of the Year. Alex is Vice Chairman emeritus of The Colorado Open Foundation and the Board of the 1st Tee of Green Valley Ranch. Brian Wilkes

Tim Gilchrist

Tim Gilchrist has been in the Commercial Real Estate industry for 42 years, 33 of those years he was with Cushman & Wakefield. Tim has been involved in over 500 transactions including the sale of over 3,000 acres of land and 23 million square feet of buildings valued at more than $225,000,000. Tim was responsible for the sale of the ProLogis Park 70, Aurora Business Center, the Centennial Airport Center, the North American Van Lines Distribution facility, and other various projects around the Denver Metro area. Tim has consistently placed in the top 10 percent of industrial brokers in Denver.

Rob Lockhart

Rob comes to Ringsby Realty from Jones Lang LaSalle where he worked in the Rocky Mountain Region on the Industrial Services Team. With over 35 years of real estate experience, his responsibilities include representation and consulting for tenants, buyers, landlords and developers for industrial transactions. His specialties include dispositions, acquisitions, site selection, portfolio strategy, investment and land sales. Rob has been responsible for working on a number of corporate sale leasebacks along with a variety of investment sales in the last several years. He has consistently been recognized by the Denver Business Journal as a “Heavy Hitter” and has been a two time finalist for Industrial Broker of the Year. Rob received his Bachelors degree in Business from Missouri State University. He is a member of DMCAR -Denver Metro Commercial Association of REALTORS, NAIOP – National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, AGC – Associated General Contractors of Colorado.

Annie Akell

Marketing & Transaction Coordinator

Annie started her career in Commercial Real Estate as a receptionist at CBRE and then finding her way to Ringsby Realty in 2018. Annie develops and executes all of the marketing plans and strategies. From everyday email blasts to quarterly mailers Annie is the designer behind all things Marketing at Ringsby Realty. Annie also takes charge on the preparation of all contract documents and disclosures, the documentation of all escrowed funds, as well as managing all of the contract time frames and deadlines.

Yuliya Kokoshinskiy

Accounting Manager

Yuliya Kokoshinskiy is an Accounting Manager at Ringsby Terminals. In addition to her accounting experience, Yuliya was a co-founder and director of the Russian Center of the Arts and Humanities, a non-profit organization of Colorado, which offers classes in the Russian language, music and more.  Yuliya graduated from Plekhanov Russian University of Economics, where she received her degree in Economic Cybernetics.
