Alex Ringsby, SIOR - President & CEO
Alex’s career in real estate began with Cushman & Wakefield in 1993. As an industrial and land specialist, in his first year, he was named to both the Denver Business Journal and Cushman & Wakefield's Rookie of the Year. Alex went on to consistently be the Top Industrial Producer at C&W for the next 9 years. Alex also earned honors such as the distinguished C&W Brokerage Excellence Award and the" Forty under 40" Award from the Denver Business Journal. He is consistently placed on the city's "Heavy Hitters" list of top producing industrial brokers and is the President of the Colorado Chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) as an industrial specialist. Alex is also on the Board of Directors of the Denver Metro Commercial Association of Realtors. Alex has distinguished himself and Ringsby Realty Corporation by providing a higher level of service and experience to both local and national clients.

Scott Patterson - Vice President, Brokerage
Scott Patterson has been in Commercial Real Estate for the past 18 years. Since joining Grubb & Ellis Company in 1994, he has established himself as one of the top industrial brokers in Denver, involved in transaction in excess of 5 million square feet valued at over $150 million. Scott has been honored with Rookie of the Year award, The Golden Tie Club award, and Grubb & Ellis Elite Top 10 awards. Scott has represented some of the top local and national companies in the country including: ProLogis, WalMart, Orepac, Safeway, Michelin Tires, Shamrock Foods, FedEx Corporation and others. Scott has risen to the top by continuously seeking new and better ways to add value for his clients, market knowledge and producing the highest level of service.

Scott Peterson - Director, Office Properties / General Counsel
Scott comes to Ringsby Realty Corporation from Cushman & Wakefield where he started as an office broker in 2000. He began his brokerage career at Cushman & Wakefield after completing their prestigious Career Development Program; an intensive one-year program designed to expose graduates to every aspect of the commercial real estate business. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Scott was a real estate transaction attorney in Denver. A graduate of the University of San Francisco School of Law, Scott is a member of the bar in both California and Colorado. He uses his experience and knowledge as an attorney to achieve outstanding results for his each of his clients. As evidence of Scott's dedication to client satisfaction, in 2002, Scott was presented with the Service Excellence Award, Cushman & Wakefield's annual recognition to the broker with the highest average client feedback ratings. Scott has extensive experience in all facets of office brokerage including leasing (Landlord & Tenant representation) and sales (Buyer & Seller representation).

Richard S. Hubina - Director, Industrial Properties
Director of Industrial Services. Formerly of Cushman & Wakefield of Colorado, Inc. with 35 years of commercial and industrial real estate experience.  He has negotiated transactions in excess of 5.5 million square feet of industrial space with an aggregate value greater than $145 million for a number of corporations, including Rockwell, Lockheed Martin, Digital Equipment Corporation, ITT Automotive, Kraft Foods, Ecosphere, Pfizer and others.  Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in 1981, Rick was a Project Manager, Corporate Real Estate with Johns Manville Corporation.  His projects included financial management for construction of their $70 million World Headquarters Project in Denver and implementation of a regionalized office program in San Mateo, California, Toronto, Montreal, Houston, and Englewood, New Jersey.

Pat Camp - Financial Analyst
Pat Camp graduated from Western Michigan University, with a degree in Business Administration. Pat has been working with related Ringsby entities since October 1984 and brings a diverse background of financial management and accounting skills to the table. Pat utilizes her extensive financial background to analyze investments by using various financial models and software to produce cohesive, concise reports and information for our clients in a timely manner.  

Jennifer Gauthiere - Licensed Marketing Coordinator
Jennifer brings 11 years of commercial real estate marketing experience to the team. She comes to Ringsby Realty Corporation from Cushman & Wakefield, where she developed marketing materials for investment, office and industrial properties and carried out direct mail and email marketing campaigns. With an extensive desktop publishing/graphic design, research and commercial real estate background, Jennifer creates high quality brochures, presentations, websites and marketing packages for the company and its clients. She graduated from the Metropolitan State College of Denver with a degree in Behavioral Science.
