Alex Ringsby, SIOR


Alex’s career in real estate began with Cushman & Wakefield in 1993, as an industrial and land specialist. In his first year, he was named by both the Denver Business Journal and Cushman & Wakefield’s Rookie of the Year. Alex went on to consistently be the Top Industrial Producer at C&W for the next 9 years before founding Ringsby Realty Corp. in 2002. Alex also earned honors such as the distinguished C&W Brokerage Excellence Award and the “Forty under 40” Award from the Denver Business Journal and he is consistently placed on the city’s “Heavy Hitters” list of top producing industrial brokers. Alex has served as Treasurer and President of the Colorado Chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).  Alex has served on the Board of Directors of the Denver Metro Commercial Association of Realtors and was most recently named 2015 DMCAR Commercial Broker of the Year. Alex also currently serves as Vice Chairman of The Colorado Open Foundation and he is on the Board of the 1st Tee of Green Valley Ranch. Alex has distinguished himself and Ringsby Realty Corporation by providing the highest level of service and experience to both local and national clients.

Scott Patterson

Scott Patterson has been in Commercial Real Estate for the past 18 years. Since joining Grubb & Ellis Company in 1994, he has established himself as one of the top industrial brokers in Denver, involved in transaction in excess of 5 million square feet valued at over $150 million. Scott has been honored with Rookie of the Year award, The Golden Tie Club award, and Grubb & Ellis Elite Top 10 awards. Scott has represented some of the top local and national companies in the country including: ProLogis, WalMart, Orepac, Safeway, Michelin Tires, Shamrock Foods, FedEx Corporation and others. Scott has risen to the top by continuously seeking new and better ways to add value for his clients, market knowledge and producing the highest level of service.

Richard S. Hubina, SIOR

Director, Industrial Properties

Director of Industrial Services. Formerly of Cushman & Wakefield of Colorado, Inc. with 35 years of commercial and industrial real estate experience. He has negotiated transactions in excess of 5.5 million square feet of industrial space with an aggregate value greater than $145 million for a number of corporations, including Rockwell, Lockheed Martin, Digital Equipment Corporation, ITT Automotive, Kraft Foods, Ecosphere, Pfizer and others. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in 1981, Rick was a Project Manager, Corporate Real Estate with Johns Manville Corporation. His projects included financial management for construction of their $70 million World Headquarters Project in Denver and implementation of a regionalized office program in San Mateo, California, Toronto, Montreal, Houston, and Englewood, New Jersey.

Rob Lockhart

Director, Industrial Properties

Rob comes to Ringsby Realty from Jones Lang LaSalle where he worked in the Rocky Mountain Region on the Industrial Services Team. With over 25 years of real estate experience, his responsibilities include representation and consulting for tenants, buyers, landlords and developers for industrial transactions. His specialties include dispositions, acquisitions, site selection, portfolio strategy, investment and land sales. Rob has been responsible for working on a number of corporate sale leasebacks along with a variety of investment sales in the last several years. He has consistently been recognized by the Denver Business Journal as a “Heavy Hitter” and has been a two time finalist for Industrial Broker of the Year. Rob received his Bachelors degree in Business from Missouri State University. He is a member of DMCAR -Denver Metro Commercial Association of REALTORS, NAIOP – National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, AGC – Associated General Contractors of Colorado.

Jack Sanders

Associate, Industrial Properties

Jack Sanders joined Ringsby Realty in 2017 as an associate broker specializing in industrial properties. Jack is responsible for new business development, market research and assisting in transaction management. Prior to Ringsby Realty Jack spent 3 years working for a private commercial developer, Infinity Property Collection. In his time with Infinity Property Collection Jack was involved in the leasing, management, acquisition and development of $50 million in commercial properties. Projects included a micro-apartment/mixed used renovation, a core and shell restaurant strip build-out and preliminary work on a 12-story urban office building. Jack uses his unique skill set, experience, sales background and passion to provide clients with a well-rounded brokerage experience.

Erin Weber-Hansen

Marketing & Transaction Specialist

Erin Weber started her career in Real Estate in 2005 working as a Transaction Coordinator for Paul Tamburello at Distinctive Properties, Ltd. In 2010 Erin moved with Paul Tamburello to his new brokerage, Red Chair Realty Advisors, LLC. Erin worked for Paul until August of 2013 when she decided to change the direction of her career into Commercial Real Estate accepting a job with Ringsby Realty.  As the Transaction Coordinator, Erin is responsible for the behind the scenes work that is required in every successful real estate transaction. Erin’s duties include the preparation of all contract documents and disclosures, the documentation of all escrowed funds, as well as managing all of the contract time frames and deadlines. Erin also oversees the production of marketing materials (brochures, flyers, advertising, email blasts) on listed properties, making sure that those materials are of the highest quality and accuracy.

Yuliya Kokoshinskiy

Financial Analyst

Yuliya Kokoshinskiy is an Accounting Manager at Ringsby Terminals. In addition to her accounting experience, Yuliya was a co-founder and director of the Russian Center of the Arts and Humanities, a non-profit organization of Colorado, which offers classes in the Russian language, music and more.  Yuliya graduated from Plekhanov Russian University of Economics, where she received her degree in Economic Cybernetics.
